Android 13 (人造人間13号, Jinzōningen Jū San) makes his debut in the 1992 film Super Android 13!. Dr. Gero's thirteenth creation, Android 13 was designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku, who overthrew the Red Ribbon Army as a child.

S.S. Deadly Hammer

S.S. Deadly Hammer (S・S・デッドリーハンマー) is a rush attack used by Android 13 in his super form.
First, Android 13 says, "There's nothing you can do," as he grabs the
opponent by their neck and throws them away. Then, he runs after the
opponent and attacks them a heavy barrage of punches before punching
them away. Next, he teleports behind and grabs the opponent and flies
down to smash them down into the ground. Finally, Android 13 puts his
hand over the stunned opponent and blasts them with a large red energy wave, inflicting a massive amount of damage.
